Swaying and sliding can be a golfer's worst nightmare! Almost 40% of all amateur golfers way during their backswing, and about 32% of them slide during their transition and downswing.
The following drill is one of my favorites to help you rotate without moving your body laterally! Understanding how rotating should feel will increase your body awareness. This in turn will help you learn the right way to move during the golf swing!
The best part about this exercise? You can do it anywhere!
