Additionally, not having full range of motion in your neck can affect your ability to rotate and swing the club.
This week I will be showing you how your tight neck can be messing up your golf swing, and what you can do to finally get some relief.

The following exercises may help you get some relief from neck pain related to muscular tightness in the area. If you are having neck pain accompanied by coordination problems, or numbness, or weakness in the limbs, consult your doctor asap before trying these exercises.

- Lower Trap Activation
- Side to Side Cervical Rotations
